(Contractor)
Design Engineer:
I work in the Giant Earth Moving Industry. Support Final Design Release of (Plug and play) cable Harnesses, Pro/E Models and Technical Data Packages as part of Design For Reliability and Demand To Build. Activities include (but not limited to) creating slides, generating data, and conducting reviews. I develop electrical schematic drawings in (Routed System Designer) RSD and Pro/Cable. I develop harness Technical Data Packages in RSD and Pro/Cable. I create hose routing designs and modeling. Assist in the collection of electrical ICD information in support of the harness design.
I design parts using sheet metal, solid modeling and surfacing. I perform stack up analysis to assure fit, form and function of designs. I check prints for errors and ensure that correct GDT methods are used. I have designed parts for the Cab, Frame and Chassis. I have worked on the complete life-cycle of the project.
I Assist in the closing of trouble reports to include root cause and recommended corrective action. Work with material vendors to support and resolve material issues. Wildfire 2.0.
Nov, 2006 – Nov, 2007: Astech Industries: Loudon , TN
(Contractor)
Design Engineer:
Under general supervision, I developed concepts and prepared moderately complex design layouts, schematics or sketches (RSD) for moderately complex assemblies for parts and electrical cables (Pro/cable). I reviewed various completed engineering documents to ensure compliance with engineering standards, procedures, specifications, and accuracy of calculations and dimensions.
I designed parts using sheet metal and solid modeling. I performed stack up analysis to assure fit, form and function of designs. I checked prints for errors and ensure that correct GDT methods were used.
I create drawings for cables, parts and assemblies. I specified cable assembly construction, parts, and materials. I developed and documented complex cable harness assemblies for larger scale Earth moving equipment tractors. Wildfire 3.0

My Greatest Strengths...
The USAF has instilled in me a strong sense of discipline and a fire in my soul to complete the mission within the deadline. For me, there is no greater satisfaction than hearing "Mission accomplished."
I quickly adapt to different methods and processes and overcome most problems that may arise. This comes from years of working with the sharpest minds and the top companies in the manufacturing industry. Moreover, I have worked with most of the Pro-E modules and have mastered several of them.
In addition to exceptional modeling and design skills, I communicate effectively to all levels of the engineering team.
